  • Prices, fees, and availability are determined by vendors. Brom may apply service or delivery fees where applicable.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or vendor delays.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully made on the platform.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are subject to vendor review and Brom's refund policy. Brom reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on order status, vendor confirmation, and rider activity.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:
